Hi  I ordered lg wing and the phone died.. now I lodged a complain as service centre is not accepting the phone due to authencity and I was informed that the resolution will be offered till 1 june 2021. Nobody called oe emailed the resolution and the complaint was closed.
Everytime I was I am put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call disconnects.
Kindly help me with the adr letter so that I can complain about this scam of flipkart
