On 11th of may I bought a aakash byjus jee course for class 11 and paid them the registration fee.(16000/-)
Now the child is not satisfied with the service (online classes) and said that we want a refund which comes under the refund policy of 14 days .
After daily calls to the customer care and and the executive they are not cancelling the course the issue still persist.
