I was in search of helpers , for morning one for Mopping / utensils / bathroom cleaning and Breakfast cooking and one for evening dusting and dinner cooking
on 9th November , I enquired about broomees services and was connected with srishti from Pune Team .for now I told her a helper for Dusting and cooking for 2 hours in the evening 4:30 – 5:30 , Srishti mentioned me that you would have to go for all rounder services and I paid for the subscription which was around 5700 .
I was assigned an onboarding manager Khushi , and I informed khushi about my morning and evening requirements to which she suggested that you take a morning all rounder for 2.5 hours and pay 5100 to the helper and she will do mopping / utensils / dusting and breakfast as well . to which I approved and we went ahead.
on 13th November they sent me a helper and that helper told that she will not do mopping and utensils and she does only dusting and cooking for which I declined .
After few days , a new person called Varun called me saying he is the relationship manager and he will be my POC and not khushi . I explained everything to Varun and asked him to provide me with a helper .
To Varun I even mentioned that if you are not able to find me a good morning helper just provide me a helper for evening for dusting and cooking.
I called Varun multiple times and he was not picking up my call on the status and so i raised a concern with customer care. I spoke to sukruti in customer care and she assured me that some senior will call me and help me with this .
After few days they sent me a helper called PAyal , who was completely a fresher out of the box she does not know cooking at all and other work as well I had to literally spoon feed her everything on this.
Next day she didn’t even came for work and neither informed me anything on this .
I got a call from a senior person called Love and I again explained him everything what I faced and he assured me to give few days and he will resolve this . my only ask was if you are not able to provide me a helper just refund the amount of subscription. to which he mentioned that they have a policy of 10 days and if in 10 days they are not able to provide me a helper they will initiate a refund . he told me a date that in your case if before 23rd Novemeber we are not able to provide a helper we can initiate a refund . to which I agreed .
Yesterday Varun sent me a profile of a helper and I confirmed everything twice with everyone with all the work I need . When the helper came she told me she will not do cooking , she does not know how to make chapati and she has been asked to only do mopping and utensil in the evening .
The red flag was when I asked her do you know what broomees is she said no . Which raised a concern that if a background verification is done how come she is not aware of what broomees is .
I again made a call to Varun and Love and asked for clarification today and I even told that you yourself said that if a helper is not provided before 23rd you will provide a refund. To which Love said that I cannot comment on refund and refund is provided when a helper starts working so we calculate 10 days from that date.
I just need my refund from you and need this to get resolved soon . I don’t need any helper from Broomees now as I am fed up with the way Pune team is operating and there are lot of red flags and concern and miscommunication.
I am not able to hire any helper form 9th November just because I have paid for the subscription.
