This is regarding my order for Amazfit Smart Band 7, which I placed on March 9th, 2023. Despite several weeks passing, I have not received any update on the status of my order and it has not been dispatched yet.
I tried contacting them via emails and calls but didn’t get any satisfactory answers. They still haven’t dispatched the order.
When I tried cancelling the order the site is giving error and not allowing to cancel. I tried to cancel order via emails as well but no response.
My money is stuck there since a month. I checked on Twitter and some other social media I am not the only one they are doing this scam for months. Several users have Twitted this as well.
Kindly provide me the resolution so as I can get my order cancel and full refund.
