Hi Team,
My name is Himanshu my mobile number is 870013…. . Your airtel employees is doing scam over there I make the payment for my airtel mobile number 600 rupees on 15 march 2020
Your executive said you can go now we will make the payment. After few days my number got disconnected I called to 121 they said you not make the payment for your bill. I said I already make the payment they said.
Is there no any payment is update for your number after that GOVT declared the lockdown. In this situation you all the stores is closed due to COVID-19. I went the store last week they said we not take any payment from your
Side they denied to return my payment please help me I already make the payment in march after that I convert my number in prepaid and I make all the due payments but I want my money back.
