Hi,
As the plans of prepaid recharges has been updated in July 2024, Which says that you will get unlimited data only if you recharge with a plan of 2 GB per day or above. Which is fine, but last month I did a recharge of 349 Which is for 28 days 2 GB data per day and 5 g unlimited data in supported areas. But, once 2 GB data exhausts, I get messages as you have used all your data. And there is no unlimited data as promised even though I love in a 5G area.
Customer support is worse, you can’t talk to a real person, only have options for few problems.
