I took a Data Science course at scaler at July’2023 after they promised me a job. My financial condition is now i.e in August’2023 is very bad and I am unable to pay the EMI amount. I missed the deadline to cancel the course and they are now making me pay for the entire course of 3 lakhs by forcing me to pay an emi of 11800 per month. If I don’t pay EMI I am getting continuous calls from the loan party. I told them that only two months course completed out of 18 months course, so cancel the course and refund. But they did not do so, also they promised for emi pause, but they are rejected their own words. I have everything recorded in my EMail.Just because I missed the deadline for refund of initial amount they enrolled me into whole course. I am paying out of my hard earned money receiving nothing. Is there a possibility to get the paid money back or at least stop the emi and course from this moment. This is the case with many students.
