I have joined the scalar academy in August 2022 as the course fee is 270000 that is lent by credit fair finance attached with scalar I started paying emis and listening to classes but in the layoffs I lost job and my father expired at that time so I can’t continue paying emi till now I have paid around 1lakh I requested many times with scalar team and credit fair team that I want to withdraw from course and I said I need refund but they didn’t accept they continuously calling and torturing me and today they sent a notice from court to threaten me.. My father is expired and my mother is getting scared about this notice.. I don’t have job and unable to pay Emi please help
