I have taken the SBICARD one year back and use this card for balance transfer to my another card and paid the outstanding amount through EMI. After clearing the outstanding amount I made request through the SBICARD app to stop the service of my card and I also made a request to the customer care executive to stop the service of my card, as I was no longer interested to use the card. They confirm me to process it within 24 hours. But, in last month sbi sent a bill of Rs.585 that i need to clear on an urgent basis. An executive from Sbi also called me to pay that amount. I told him everything and I said I’ll not pay a single amount since I have requested to stop the service long back. But still they are sending me msgs of outstanding amount with interest and threatening to lower my creadit score. My Card no. is 4207 xxxx xxxx 4764. Registered Mobile no. 9875494839.
