SBI account owner Emy Michael
Account Number 31***343614

My SBI OD Account: 31***343614 has been hacked and Rs.3,000 was withdrawn illegally, the transaction details are appended below. A total of two unauthorised Yono Cash transactions were taken place on 14.10.2021.

First transaction message
Dear SBI Customer, Yono Cash Rs 2500 w/d!SBI ATM FFNS032090285 fm A/cX3614 on 14Oct21 Ref#006036 If not done by u fwd this SMS to 9223008333 to block user id or call 1800111109

Second transaction message
Dear SBI Customer, Yono Cash Rs 500 w/d!SBI ATM FFNS032090285 fm A/cX3614 on 14Oct21 Ref#467486 If not done by u fwd this SMS to 9223008333 to block user id or call 1800111109

The above two messages of transaction was first forwarded to 9223008333 and unfortunately the number does not exist to send through. Hence forwarded the message to your email ID after reporting to you telephonically.

Prior to the transaction, an SMS was received on the registered mobile with the following text. When the link is clicked, proper SBI online banking login page opened and hence I went ahead with logging with my credentials.

Dear Customers your SBI NET BANKING ACCOUNT Will be Closed by today. please update your PAN Card now visit follow the link.https://bit.ly/2YUlTcD

The mobile number was 8585834096 under the credentials of SBI online

I did not suspect anything as the login was with proper credentials. When it prompted me to profile page, I did not proceed further and reported the same to you immediately.
