Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Payel Sarkar. I hold an account with SBI (00000030080000784). On 02/10/2023 Rs. 5700/- was deducted from my SBI account and message appeared on statement as “Transfer to 4899469105218 FI Txn @ csp outlet 006883394173948689 AEPS OFFUS issuer WDL Txn”.
I have no idea about this transaction as I had no access to my bank account on this date (I was out of station). Even I didn’t receive any message or payment notification regarding this deduction. I have not shared my bank details to any anonymous contact in recent past. Hence, I would like to request you to look in to this so that the transaction can be reverted.
