Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m sanjana singh. I have account in SBI bank. On 02/10/2023 date Rs. 10000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as “FI Txn @ CSP outlet006919699131408998 AEPS
OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN”.
I don’t know why amount is deducted from my account. Even i didn’t get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So i am complaining on this issue.This is happening only with sbi bank consumers.Bank is also involve in this fraud.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
