Respected Council,
I was using SBI Fastag which was provided to me when I bought a new car from ABT Maruti – Sriviliputhur – Virudhunagar District. Since I was not happy with the service provided by SBI I want to surrender it. But I tried many number of times in app and in the portal but I am unable to proceed due to an error. “Cancelled Cheque Leaf image already updated, Kindly contact help desk team”. When I tried reaching out the customer care, again they are asking me to visit the branch and when I asked the branch they are asking me to connect with the Customer Care. As an individual how many times I should be roaming to surrender a fastag.
Requesting the honourable consumer court to intervene here and sort this out.
