I have been Trying to Close My SBI Fastag Account from Past 2 Years , I have called the Customer Care many times and have Dropped Mails many times and also opened Cases in CRM Portal as well but still I don’t see any response. The Highlight of all is My tag is removed from my car 2 years back itself , but on 10-Nov-2023 I got a message Saying from my tag amount bas been debited. I don’t know how come this can happen . I feel they Completely Depressed because of all these actions. I Request you to please take a look into issue and resolve my concern
