Last year while shopping in Croma store a sale guy insisted to take the credit card under the false promise of this is free credit card without any monthly charges.
We purchased the card and after january Monthly charges started
on 15th April 2023 we blocked the credit card after paying remaining due of 3067 rs.
SBI Credit card company returned the money on 19th April 2023 without any reason and Now asking us to pay 4067 as remaining balance.
their customer care is not at all responsive and IVR is not helpful either.
I tried emailing their customer care but no response.
Kindly help us to solve this matter.
