Due date of April month payment for sbi credit card was 12th April 2023 . I cleared all the payment before due date on 11th April 2023. Still without notice SBI credit card applied payment dishonour fees of Rs.500 on my card. When I called on customer care number for refund they said that your credit card is new. If you use card for 6 months then your payment dishonour fees will be refunded. When I said that if I cleared the fees before due date then why should this dishonour fees applied on my card. Then the customer care authorities answered that you should clear payment before 4 to 5 days of due date.. from where this rule exists that you should clear payment before 5 days of due date then why they mentioned due date???.Clearly this is fraud . SBI credit card is fraud. By using auto debit option the bank is applying unnecessary charges against a customer. I request customer complaints court to Please help me with the refund of charge SBI CREDIT CARD given me by the name PAYMENT DISHONOUR FEES.
