Dear sir/mam
This is about SBI credit card payment dishonour fee which is applied by them on my credit card bill even after I have paid my credit card bill on due date.
Payment dishonor fee is applied when there is insufficient balance in the account which is setup for autodebit to pay the credit card bill, but I have already paid that bill and there was not insufficient fund but my SBI bank account was freezed and I could not make any transactions with it then.
So please ensure that I do not need to pay anything to them. I am uploading screenshot of my credit card statement which clearly shows that I have paid my credit card bill on 1st November 2025 and after that that payment dishonour fee is applied.
