Dir sir,
On 13 Nov 23, I receive message of Rs 1499, debit on my SBI credit card for AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI MUMBAI without any information or OTP. Same day i registered a dispute report to SBI credit card. they rejected this dispute report. I am attaching the statement of the month. they are messaging me to pay this amount. I always pay the credit card bill on time. But why should i pay this amount which is not done by me and put a disputed report on same day too. Please give me appropriate suggestion or solution. i am very grateful to you.
