On 13 November 2023 i have got message of deduct Rs 1499 from my SBI credit card to AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI without any info or OTP. This transaction has not been done by me at all. I registered a dispute case with SBI card login on the same day. And I also called their customer care and got the case registered. But after waiting a few days they dismissed the case. I have been using this card for the last 8 years. And every bill has been paid before the due date. But why should I pay this bill and do what I have done? I am attaching the statement of the same month in which the dispute has been registered on the same day.
