Text of Complaint by Kalaiprasath:

I am Kalaiprasath staying in Chrompet, Chennai, TamilNadu. On 27-01-2023 between 7.10am to 7.20am some unauthorized
transaction made through my SBI credit card (4347484734360079).
Without my knowledge someone made Apple gift vouchers purchase through Flipkart using my SBI credit card and sum of rupees
75000/- debited in my account using some fraudulence transaction.
I didn’t share any OTP to anyone and even I didn’t receive any OTP in my email.
I filed this as a complaint in SBI customer care Team on 27-01-2023.

This is with reference to your communication dated 27/1/2023.
Transaction Dispute: We would like to inform you that as per our records, the transactions dated 27/1/2023 for 2 x Rs.10,000, 2 x
Rs.20,000 and Rs.15,000 have not yet been confirmed by the concerned merchant.
Furthermore, we hereby inform you that the transaction gets cancelled automatically, in case the same is not confirmed within 5
days from the date of debit. We would also like to request you that in case the above mention transaction get confirmed. You may
raise the dispute for same.
For your kind information,
I made a complaint to an Apple App store customer also about the fraudulent purchase with my SBI credit card.
I also raised a complaint over Flipkart regarding this fraudulent purchase they are also working over it. (Complaint Number:
IN23012709385176796523)
I also filed a complaint on cybercrime.gov.in with Acknowledgement No: 22901230005546.
I also filed a complaint on RBI-Complaint Management System Acknowledgement No: N202223006019884.
Till now SBI Team told that my dispute is under investigation, but the team force me to pay the entire payment including the dispute
amount.
I am ready to pay my outstanding payment which I have spent.
