Text of Complaint by Nishant R Pujara:

I was approached by SBI credit card agent to buy IOCL credit card. I agreed to take under one condition that my existing SBI credit card of FBB should be converted to the new card, so that i only have one SBI card. But SBI team did not confirm me this and send me another credit card, so i did not accepted the card. now i have received SMS that annual charges in new credit card needs to be paid. there is no one in SBI bother to listen their customer care line are always busy.
