Hello sir, I am k vikas. I did my minimum due payment of 1093/- SBI credit card on 29 Octomber 2022. But they still processed my total bill amount of 21852/- on 31 Octomber 2022. That check was bounced and I got total 1700/- (individual charges) fine from their end. It affected my cibil score.why they provided minimum due payment and after that payment why they processed my check for Total bill amount ? Kindly solve these problem.
