“I have been writing and making several phone calls to you all for more than one year (since middle of year 2020) to fix my transaction nuisance created by you only.
I have been paying you for any purchases I made.
If you go through my mails and recorded voice calls made, you will find that my intention to pay you is clear, even I requested to cancel my cards but no action was taken at that time.
It is very clear to my mind that I will not pay for the fictitious amount created by you.
I had given you several time lines also to clear my account but no action was initiated by you and the figure kept mounting.
When I stopped using my credit card you started to take action and that is wrong action also.
Instead of rectifying your fictitious entries made in my account you are trying to extort money from me.
I once again request you to clear my account without further delay.
Awaiting an early and positive reply from you.”
