I had requested 298000 amount as sbi encase amount on 20th May while I applied for the request it showed that the amount will be credited after 24-48hrs .so I simultaneously drafted a mail to cancel this amount as I needed it for emergency purposes but they did not accept my request and disbursed the amount after 2 days.I asked them to preclose this loan on 31st may and I told them I will pay the preclosure charge and other financial charges as well but they did not initiate the preclosure request even after requesting for 1 hr in the chargeable no of SBI .So after 2-3 days, I asked them the amount I have to pay for the closure .I paid whatever the amount they said and cleared all the outstanding amount and took the confirmation as well . But after 3-4 days they send me an 11k outstanding amount and converted my loan to emi even after requesting closure on 31st May. And after 3 days again they started recalculating the amount and reduce to 7k .So in this period, I have requested many times to give clearance of my amount but they have imposed many financial charges without any logic .
So my request is why they did not take my closure request on 31st May and knowing increased my financial charges intentionally by not taking my closure request.After 12-13 days they have taken the closure request and when I asked them why you took 13 days to initiate the request for which I am bearing the loss.they don’t have any answer for this
