On 16th Feb 2022 there was an unauthorised transaction of 30,000/- done on my SBI credit card by a merchant “Retail Domestic PT Mum”. I hadn’t made the transaction neither shared any card/CVV/OTP details with anyone. When I raised the dispute to SBI, they simply rejected within minutes saying this transaction was done through OTP!
I can see many other SBI credit card consumers who were duped by this same merchant ” retail domestic PT” yet no action being taken to stop them! As if the SBI team is complicit in this regard and shrugging their accountability from the matter!
