Dear Sir,
This is to bring in your kind notification that I, Prabhat Pathak, S/O- Deepak Pathak, resident of Vill- Yogia Pokhari, PO- Dhawadih, Dist.- Palamu , is a SBI Credit card holder with card number **** **** **** 0465 had been cheated with a fraudulent trans# of 20200 INR, done on 25th Dec 2021 at 3.35 PM in the name of No broker technologies, Bangalore (Details Attached with this application). I could observe that the fraudster already had my several details (Credit card number, Aadhar details, expiry date, CVV number) but it is still a matter of deep investigation that how he got customer’s detail. During the time of this fraud, I did receive a call from SBI Customer Care- 1860 180 1290 (attached snapshot of time of call receiving) at my mob no. 8809623402, requesting some confidential information (CVV number, Expiry date, DOB details) in the name of verification of my card. At the time I did raise a complaint and blacklisted it as a disputed transaction (ref no-1142915309199) and also liaise with No broker technologies, bangalore in order to put hold on this transaction. Later, No broker technologies confirmed me the fraudster’s transaction details along with fraudster’s mobile number used for UPI transaction which I have shared with this application. My issue is still in-investigation with the SBI nodal officers’ team which I shall get response within 1 month.

Hence, I would request you to give your serious attention on this serious issue and take immediate legal action on the fraudsters involved in this malicious crime of cheating innocent people.
You’re in-time action on this complaint can prevent frauds and also gain my money back.

Note: As one of your SBI staff is completely responsible for issuing my credit card on the behalf of herself and sharing my confidential information to fraudster, i wont pay even a single rupee from my end. Every transaction need atlesat 2 type of details if happening through a credit card (1. CVV & 2.OTP). In my case it looks like i shared my OTP but how about CVV. How did the fraudster come to know my full credit card number, DOB and CVV. It definitely seems to be on-scam is going around. Need a proper investigation. Until then, i never pay any amount on behalf of this fraud as i have never did this. Also, recently i had lodged an another complaint regarding CPP protection policy.(I havent ordered any such product on my behalf how this plan is activated for this credit card). I am reaching out to consumer court for this. Let court decide any take on this. Thank you
