This is really disappointed. Since I got clarification from two months nearly ten times, I took credit Card, but at that time of confirming for issue the card, sbi credit card telecaller said it would be no charges or processing fees Nothing for paying other credit card bill if and if there is delay of paying the bill after due date.
But sbi credit card People charged me even though i am the salary saving account holder in SBI.
Regarding on this issue, i made a complaint on 19 Jan 2021 and they said it will be resolve on or before 26th Jan 2021.
But I am getting waste calls from their end for promoting the other schemes as for my problem issue keeps on dragging.
I made a Direct message in Twitter @SBICard_Connect, But saying something stories but not the process of action.
Very Poor Service and Deceiving Service.
SBI credit card team deceived me & not resolving my issue. Saying lies in confident & issued a credit card & even during tele verification time also as they promised. But when Bill generated, now they are dragging the issue. It’s a shameful act deceiving being a defence salary package account holder. Very stupid business doing. Look at private Banks offering free cards and their services and their politeness for serving to customers. Maintaining proper & honest communications. But these people are taking advantage from the customers. Take my call recordings from your end at the time of verification and the promises what sbi credit people had given to me. During Balance transfer transaction i clearly asked nearly 10 times to the offline team and 03 times at the time of verification call.
But these people are dragging
