Due to disputed transaction on 28.02.2023, my SBI credit card got blocked. I had to receive the new card but it was never delivered. Everytime the delivery agent used to update the the address mentioned is wrong, but I had never received any call from delivery agent. Since I have not received the new card, I was not able to pay the bill after bill cycle date (07th of every month), as the SBI card app was asking for the details of new card. I have tried to update my KYC, but it got rejected saying the name is not matching with the record. Later on I came to know that my name detail was wrong added by SBI agent, it’s not my mistake. I have written many mails to SBI, then also my issue didn’t resolved. Now they are sending the bill which added with fine ₹7822 against ₹6465. I have called SBI agent many times to solve this issue and I am ready to pay the actual amount of ₹6465, but they said to pay the amount with fine. Even though it’s SBI mistake. I am not ready to pay the fine. Please help on this issue
