Hello
I have an SBI card 5241 8263 9953 0324 which had overpaid amount of 1800 from me Last November 2023 Some fraudulent activity was found on the card which i promptly reported and blocked my card
Recently to my dismay i found that SBI closed my card without informing me and my attempt to get my money however small is not working I tried calling them but no OTP came to help them provide me an account to transfer my money I have been writing mails to them But no mail is ever answered
Just like they will not close a card if I had their money what right do they have to close a card due to inactivity when they still owe me some money
Please help me get my money back
I have had this card more than a decade
