Sir
sbi bank credit card I have not received my credit card from them nor have I received any loan from them. I have not created an ID for it either. I don’t use it in any way. I have informed you more than twice by mail and asked you to close my account which I have not used, but you have not received any response, and you have sent me several times by phone and mail to close my account, and you have not taken any action. I am going to take legal action against them and request you to take this as a notice from my side if you do not give me a notice of cancellation of my unused credit card account within 15 days of receiving this information then I will take further action.
