I have made a 20000 transaction on my SBI card limit with 480000 limit. The transaction was declined and my card got blocked. I immediately contacted the customer care and they said it will take 8 days to unblock. Not it’s has been 10 days still not unblocked… And they asked for more 12 days to unblock it. Worst service. What’s the use of a premium card if the service is very bad…
