I am using sbi card from past 4 years ,may 12th 2018 one fraud transaction was happen with out OTP at 12 AM IST but this transaction was happn in USA,immediately i called customer care i blocked to card and i raised dispute transaction ,after 120 days they SBI came back to me asking to pay this fraud amount,SBI haven’t do proper investigation if they did proper investigation SBI come to know about fraud transaction,please help me i need justice ,SBI not able to providing the cyber security so the need so SBI is the responsible for take care this fraud amount .
