I am writing this email to bring to your attention the harassment that I have been facing from SBI collection agents. They are using my personal details and calling my family members which affecting my reputation. This has been going on for the past few weeks, and it has become a matter of great concern for me.

I have tried to explain to the collection agent, but he has not been listening to me. Instead, he has been contacting my family members.
