Basically on 27th july, i contacted a customer executive of sbi credit card and she told me that sir if you will shift your option from total amount to minimum amount debit your balance won’t be deducted completely but now on the due date i saw a message of bounce of total amount due which means that what she said was totally fake or fraud so i want that either my amount which has to be deducted shall shift to minimum amount or the bounce fee shouldn’t be charged on me as it isn’t my mistake. So SBI just check your customer executives as they are working properly or not.
