Text of Complaint by Mirza Sumsuddin:

Hi Team
I am writing this mail on behalf of my mother (Begom Momotaz Nehar) Credit card, She has been issued her Credit card in 2020.
Since issued the card, she never used the card and 23rd Sept 2021 has requested to block the card in SBI (Dhubri main Branch) which has accepted the request. Please find the attached file for your reference.
Concern:
After Blocking the card, in 10th Feb 2022 a transaction of 10000 rupees happened but my mother does not know anything. The next day the mobile Sim card was blocked for unknown reasons.
So we went to the SBI branch and narrated the situation but they are not listening at all and roaming us table to table, which is mantle harassment.
Question: After blocking the Card still why is the transaction done and also my mother’s savings account also on hold.
So requesting you to do the needful or else we are from a middle class family need to go for a police complaint.
I will be happy to give any other information you may require.
