Dear Sir,

My SBI Credit Card No. : #########5859

I have received SMS for unauthorized transactions 23rd Nov 2021, the same day I had complained to customer care after trying 1 hour. they said not yet recorded in their system. I have also sent mail to customer care.

Dear Cardholder, to activate your SBI Card, please confirm following trxns on your card ending with 5859 : (a) Rs.7560.61 spent at FACEBK 7YGN49K9F2 fb.me/ads IE on 23-11-2021 To confirm unblock the card SMS UBLK 5859 to dispute SMS DBLK 5859 at 5676791, 5859 being the last 4 digits of your card no. Else call our helpline 18601801295/18601801290 for any query.

The Standing Instruction (SI) Trxn. of VND2300000 on your SBI Credit Card ending 5859 at FACEBK HJLYD97PP2 on date 23-11-21 has been declined basis RBI guidelines. Please pay directly at the merchant website/app using your card.
I kept on receiving the SMS for unauthorized transactions , So I again called customer care and they informed me it had debited and blocked the card.

Previous month’s card due is approx Rs.72000 , I was not able to do the payment since my card was blocked and net banking also blocked due to security reasons , So I requested customer care and they mailed me one account number, but payment has failed.

Yesterday I called your customer care , even though I got the message, he told me no transaction was debited and didn’t block the card. now somebody called told me multiple transactions have been debited so they are going to block the card.
I am shocked when I am getting messages from your card about why I wasn’t able to block the card and it is a nightmare to reach your customer care.
I am going to report to the consumer court about the negligence of SBICARD .
I am unable to log in to the card so I may not be able to clear the dues. so I am not responsible to debit any charges.

I kept on trying customers for hours together, but it was very terrible to connect with them.

By luck my call connected, got my account number number and made the payment .
