Hello sir,
SBI is telling that they have delivered credit card during COVID period to our residence, however we have not used not taken the delivery of credit card, but SBI is claiming to pay the outstanding amount.
They have also auto debited the amount from our bank account. After seeing the statement we have blocked the card speaking to customer care.
We have also asked the statement of usage if used, but they are not sharing with us and Evey day the bank people are calling and harassing us.
Please look into the issue immediately.
