I have been chasing SBI card where i have not done any transactions but every time they come and say that transaction are legitimate from my side. I have already cleared that it was from my mobile which was hacked so OTP can be easily managed this does not provide any proof that transaction was made by me for my usage. I have settled this case after paying 40K as provider was threatening on phone and through legal notices. My CIBIL score was made so low that my credibility in market went zero and my loans application were rejected. this has caused me a tremendous loss financially and mentally.
Looking for justice with proper compensation against this and giving bank warning to identify the genuine cases and treat differently.
