Regarding card no 4047 4575 1790 4438 when ur executive came to me to offer card he informed me about annual fees of 499 + taxes and when I received fisrt bill it included fees of 2999 + taxes so please give me solution to this problem.
I need you to block my card 4047 4575 1790 4438 linked with 9650333182 as I asked for downgrade the card to other category which may ask for lesser annual charge but its still not considered. This gets so frustrating that now I have planned to discontinue this card.
I hereby request you block this card at the earliest
