I was using SBI elite card from last 1 year. I gave a request to close my credit card at 11 month. But card not closed by sbi card team, and they changed me for next year annual fees and GST. When I contacted to customer care they suggest me SBI simply click card and they promised me to refund charged amount. I agreed and requested to replace my card with SBI simply click credit card. They charged amount 4999 rupees on 07/12/2022 and they refunded that money on date 16/12/2022. After refund also they are charging GST and late fees on that amount.
