Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Jyothi R I have account in SBI bank. On 30/09/2023 and 01/10/2023 date Rs. 10,000/- respectively (20,000 total deducted)deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as “Transfer to 4899514105218 FI Txn @ csp outlet 003195835773244887 AEPS OFFUS issuer WDL Txn”.
I don’t know why amount is deducted from my account. Even i didn’t get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So i am complaining on this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
