Fraud transaction by GOOGLE *PROXIMA BETA on SBI bank account.
I,RAKESH KUMAR SBI account 55143781232 holder in SBI bank, stated on dated 22/08/2019 my account has been debited by total amount of INR 15804 through my bank account.

This was an un-authorised transaction in the name of “Google*proxima beta and ITUNES.COM/BILL”. I have never share my credentials to anyone.
Request you take immediate action on the above fraud transaction to get back the refund urgently.
Please take this up on priority.

Dear sir,
I refer to the trailing mail and write to bring this extreme persecution and harassment done by SBI CREDIT CARD DEPT in to your kind notice.
I am forced to write this mail owing to highly unprofessional and unscrupulous way of SBI to handle it’s customers.
I applied for a SBI CREDIT CARD in the month of February 2019 but the card was never delivered. March onwards I started getting msgs, mails and phone calls for the overdue payments that was obviously not made my me as the same was never delivered. I sent them a clarification mail dated 14.09.2019 narrating everything.
Since then the defiant and indecorous system of so called India’s largest public sector bank is continuesly giving me phonecalls and SMSs for the overdue payments which has raisen up to 6500 inr, moreover on each and every recovery phone calls I requested the operator to resolve my issue but in return rather than guiding me I always had a forbidding and menacing reply from them. I had even written it to the nodal officer of SBI CREDIT CARD.
This morning I got a threatening call from SBI’s good office shouting and threatening me to drag the matter to the court and quoting ” aap pareshani me fas chuki Hain !! ”
Please tell me who will bear the damages that has been made to my CIBIL score. Who will bear for the mental torture that SBI has done in past 6 months
I am extremely disturbed , motified and upset by this intimidating procedure of SBI CREDIT CARD.
As a good and responsible citizen of India l appeal you to help me and resolve the matter as early as possible.
