Hi Sir,
I took a loan From SBFC Small Business FinCredit India Boisar Branch in December 2022 From an Agent Called Vijay More and branch Manager Shashipal Singh the rate of interest said during login and taking loan was 12% and the Rate of interest sanctioned was 18% And The reason Given me from the branch from 18% interest rate is your documents are not clear So,We accepted that reason after a long time we asked him (Shashipal Singh) that if there any legal procedure for decreasing interest rate he said that you can take Topup I will decrease you interest rate to 14 and he took the processing fee 15200 and login fee 3500 in February 2024 After that the Top up got disbursed But the interest rate and EMI Doesn’t change he said that pay 1 EMI 2nd EMI you will get as mentioned on sanction letter and EMI is Coming 30% more than the previous EMI. Interest Rate not got decreased and also the EMI got increased and also the customer care is not responding After that he said I have Join new Bank UGRO CAPITAL I will BT Balance transfer your loan at low interest rate and he took the login fee 3500 on August 13 now 2 months over we are getting no procedure or status about our loan transfer.
