Hello Sir/Madam, I am victim of money harassment with ICICI bank both on saving and credit card. I have over paid my credit card bill and made no expense. I called and they told your credit card is closed but still I am getting many calls daily to pay big amount which I never spent. They are harassing me and I am helpless, this is cheating, fraud. Please help me. Thank you
