I have ordered a kurti for ₹200 in sasta bazar through whatsapp on November 22 2023. Immediately they asked me to send shipping charge ₹100 , I also sent that. They told me that dress would be delivered within 3-4 days but they were not delivered upto 1 week. Then I called the whatsapp number and asked about it , a Hindi man spoke, he asked me to send ₹1999 for GPS unblocking to find my location and he also told that it would be refunded by delivery boy after delivery. But I didn’t do that. I asked him to cancel my order and refund the money ₹300 I paid totally. He told me that the company had a merchant account , so he asked me to send ₹700 rupees then only refunding was possible. I sent ₹700 through UPI Id he sent but he didn’t refund. Instead he said that refund payment was timed out , UPI Id is valid for only 5 minutes. He again asked me to send ₹1000 within 5 minutes I sent but again refunded . Again he asked me to send ₹700 for automatic refunding but he didn’t refund. Totally they cheated ₹2700 by the way of saying automatic refunding if I sent extra money . I called the whatsapp number again to ask about refunding, he told that within 24 hours money will be refunded but till now my money is not refunded. Please take proper actions to get my money back🙏🙏
