I ordered a dress through Sasta bazar on 8-feb, i paid them ₹250 as dress price and ₹150 as delivery charge, i didnt received my package and they are not responding now

The same thing happended with me ..I too was defrauded now the seller isnt replying i lost 1200 rs due to that cheap!
It would be helpful of anyone could help
