Text of Complaint by Sarika Mehta:

Harassment from Kotak Bank collection team and voilation of RBI guideline and continues call and misbehaviour on call and disturbing all other staff,relatives and seniors aware the same,but not able to contact them as not picking call,they call from multiple number and used bad words.
