I bought samsung AC (costing 38000) from sargam electronics rohini sector 17 along with extended warranty for which I paid 7000 extra and I am having document for the same. I raised this issue within warranty period and service engineer visited but they are waiting for approval from sargam side. Now nobody is picking up our calls and there is no way we can talk to them. Incase somebody picks up the call they ask us to call back after sometime and then blocks our number. I am very disappointed with this attitude and feel deceived. Kindly guide me how to complaint against them. I already raised this issue with National consumer helpline.
