I had purchased a Refrigerator from Sargam Electronics and had taken extended warranty for it which was valid till Jul’2023. Now I am facing some issues with the Refrigerator and nobody is picking up the phone from Sargam Electronics now. I got to know that Great Eastern has taken over all their stores now and they have closed down. They have taken money from us for warranty till 2023 and now they are not reachable. Kindly help in getting the desired services from Sargam.

Same is true with us. We had purchased a Samsung washing machine and purchased extended warranty also.
Samsung did not honour the extended warranty and charged for the repair.
