As discussed over phone and through whatsApp for shifting the household items along with bike, you have given 10800 first qoutation on dated 05 june 2022 and after that you have given qoutation for Rs. 10000 on dated Rs. 7th june after discussion on phone and whatsApp for shifting the household item on dated 09th june 5:00 PM and also shift the all houshold item and bike to ahmedabad by sunday 10th june and keep storage for 15 days in ahmedabad and accordingly I paid Rs. 500 for advance booking And on dated 9th june after calling you on 5:00 PM on dated 9th june you have sent Mr. Vishal Khupte for collecting all items based on the qoutation and he packed all items and i help him for packing also for the same and taken down and loaded the all the items in the small Tat ace ( he called through the Porter App) and i also help him yo loading the bike in the tata ace. And then he asked for tip and i have given Rs. 100 tip to him.
And after collecting the all items and shifting to their ware house. They called me for payment and i told him I will pay in the morning and accordingly I paid all the pending amount Rs. 9500 .
And after this i told on dated 14 th june to send the bike then you have added bike transportaion charges Rs. 4000 additional in qoutation which is previously included in the qoutation and now you are telling 4 items are increased ( which is small like wiper handle, liqiud item pavket, gas stove, one small box). This 4 small box take space equal to one box only .
Now I am many times and whatsApp message from 14 th june but till now items have reached at Ahmedabad and right now I am residing without any household with my small daughter and My wife and very difficult to survive without household items. Please send the all items by today in Ahmedabad from Mumbai if not sent till now. after paying 4000 till now i have not received all items from saran cargo.they have delivered partly only 7 items and 4 items still with them. They are not recieving the phone and also not replying my message. they are totally frauds. they are sweet in talking at the time of booking only.
